In other words, our investing methodology is: always invest in the direction of the underlying economic fundamentals and use sophisticated computerized trading systems to determine the timing of when to take trading positions. We believe that fundamentals always matter, eventually.
Tech Trading also closely monitors business and economic news, and the markets' reaction to that news, as well as, volatility of markets, correlations among markets, and confluence of trading signals across similar and inversely correlated markets.
We strongly believe the U.S. markets are poised for sharp declines due to the severe imbalances present in the U.S. economy. A volatile economic environment (which can cause losses in a typical stock and bond investment portfolio) is often the optimal setting for our investment program.
